Our customer service organisation, consisting of our own employees and service partners, is perfectly equipped to be on-site quickly and economically, on a regional level. Our service partners regularly increase their level of qualification in customer service training sessions and are informed of the latest state of the art Küppersbusch technology.

You can find the answers in our customer service seminars, which span one and a half days. Seminars begin at 9:00 am on the first day and end on the second day at around 3:00 pm.
